Microsoft Healthcare Technology Specialist

Your challenges
- Manage and lead project delivery within the Microsoft Healthcare Technology sphere, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Translate healthcare business requirements into technical specifications and drive innovative solutions using Microsoft Data Services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lakes, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, etc., tailored specifically for the healthcare industry.
- Coach and mentor junior team members from a technical perspective, fostering their growth within the healthcare technology stack.
- Drive "tech intensity" by infusing knowledge, innovation, and technology advancement within the team, with a focus on healthcare data standards and regional healthcare initiatives.
- Join a growing team that is heavily invested in Microsoft technology and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on healthcare transformation journeys.
This is what you bring
- A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft Data Services, with a strong understanding of healthcare data requirements and standards such as FIRE, Gaia-X, SIMPL, etc.
- Proven track record in managing project deliveries within the healthcare technology stack, with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft architecture, data architecture, data modeling, and data management concepts in the context of healthcare.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in healthcare Microsoft technology projects.
- Deep passion for technology and a strong inclination towards driving innovation, particularly in the healthcare domain.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to guide and develop the technical capabilities of junior team members within the context of healthcare technology.
- Ability to promote and drive continuous learning, innovation, and technological growth within the team, with a focus on healthcare data standards and regional healthcare initiatives.
- Microsoft certifications on Microsoft Azure Data Services are preferred.
- Fluent in English. Dutch not mandatory but preferred.

As a Microsoft Healthcare Technology Specialist, you'll primarily focus on solutioning, pre-sales, client conversations, and delivery of large transformation programs in the healthcare domain. You will lead projects, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that leverage the latest Microsoft technologies while incorporating deep expertise in healthcare data standards and regional healthcare initiatives to drive positive change in healthcare transformation.
