Production worker Fruitella

Do you want to be trained as an operator? At Perfetti van Melle we are looking for employees who want to start in production and will be future operators. This means that you will start as a production employee for the Fruitella line. In this production process you ensure that the crates filled with Fruitella sweets are transferred in a timely manner to the next phase of the process.
This is really important because it ensures that the production process continues and that no sweets are lost.
As a Fruitella production employee you work from Monday to Friday. You will work in 3 shifts. The night shift starts on Sunday evening. This concerns a full-time contract of 37.5 hours a week.

The shift times are:
Night shift from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Morning shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
Afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

At Perfetti van Melle you can work as a production employee or as an operator. Even if you have no experience! We would be happy to train you for one of these positions.

We think it is important that when you start your first time at Perfetti, you are well received and guided. This means that you are linked to a buddy from your first working day. He or she will take you on a tour of the workplace and explain the work to you. Once you have mastered these activities well, we will be happy to discuss the training program with you to become an operator.

• A contract of 37.5 hours a week with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Gross hourly wage of €19.62. This includes a 20% shift allowance;

We do not have high requirements to qualify for this vacancy. We and Perfetti van Melle mainly look at your efforts and your motivation. The motivation to deliver quality to a good product.
