YOUR MISSION

▪ Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
▪ Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
▪ Assist the Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of employees.
▪ Ensure that the visual appearance in the store complies with our PUMA standards.

YOUR TALENT

▪ At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, customer service, or the hospitality industry. Management experience is highly desirable.
▪ A self-motivated attitude and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
▪ Strong listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively.
▪ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
▪ Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
