Within the job of (apprentice) Operator you will start at the Finishing department. At this department the products will be checked and packaged. If you’re doing this very well and if you know the product well enough, you will go to the Injection department within a few weeks.
Within this department you will be trained as a fully-fledged operator. Here you will operate, set up and check machines, solve minor malfunctions and give advice for improvements in the workplace. You will also be responsible for supervising operators and monitoring the planning. Optimal cooperation within the production team is really important for this.
Within the Finishing department, you will work in the day shifts. After that you’re going to work at the Injections department in the three-shift operation.
