As a Sales Manager at KUBUS, you shape and optimize the Sales department and its activities. With an impressive growth in recent years, your focus will be on leading and guiding the (3) international sales teams into the next phase of expansion. You will assist the teams in actively seeking potential growth opportunities, maximizing upsell and cross-sell possibilities, and minimizing down-sell and churn.


After 1 year
The Sales department is firmly established, processes are streamlined, and sales strategies are translated into concrete activities for each region. Your positive impact on KUBUS' commercial strength becomes clearly visible in measurable results. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to KUBUS's ambitious goals.


Ambition

Globally, KUBUS, with 120 colleagues, reaches top construction companies and architectural firms with their SaaS solution, BIMcollab. They are a major player in the field of BIM coordination, model checking, issue management, takeoffs, document management and asset management. KUBUS has an external ambition to promote sustainability in the construction sector, thereby contributing to a better society. Their software provides customers with more efficient workflows, cost savings, reduced failure costs, and effective material applications, aiming to decrease ecological impact.
